Prior to founding SRi, Morse was a co-founder of Bridgeforce, a successful and growing high-end services provider for the top 100 financial institutions for which he developed strategies for brand, marketing and sales. With his diverse experience in a variety of business environments, Morse provides the sales executive with relatable advice and strategic sales coaching that can be applied in their unique corporation. Morse developed his vertical and sales expertise with telecommunications vendors Nortel/Clarify and Lucent/Mosaix, where he also co-authored a consultative sales process still in use today. He also held earlier sales executive and management roles with Wang Laboratories, Lanier and Canon. |

Having engaged with some of the top high tech brands in the world, Tollar has extensive expertise in project management, sales messaging, sales process, and sales enablement. Besides focusing on our client base, Tollar also organizes the messaging, design and marketing content for SRi and our clients. She has earned numerous awards for writing achievement including being acknowledged by the National Women’s Association. Tollar graduated magna cum laude from Western Washington University and holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial Organization. |

Higuet is focused on developing and growing SRi's client relationships. He has over 16 years of experience developing and leading B2B sales and client services teams and selling and delivering big-ticket technology and services to the Fortune 500/1000 market. Over the past several years, Higuet focused on start-up/start-over companies where he built three high-performance sales teams from the ground up. In addition to his focus on team development, Higuet is a sales operations and automation specialist. He has lead four successful sales force automation deployments that delivered significant sales productivity gains and provided consistent, reliable sales performance and forecast reporting. Higuet has implemented winning programs for segment-leading technology companies including Mosaix/Lucent Technologies, CapitalStream, and Varolii Corporation. |

She has a wealth of information and experience from conducting hundreds of workshops and seminars in the areas of sales skills, marketing trends, leadership development, time management, and conflict resolution. Smith brings 20 years of management and public communication experience in for-profit and non-profit organizations such as AT&T Wireless, Environmental Careers, Park University, and Intentional Training & Development. Her background includes experience as a marketing director, business development manager, telecom sales and project manager, corporate trainer and facilitator. Her mission is to meet the needs of businesses in a fresh, innovative way. That means having the courage to do things differently. Today, Smith specializes in helping organizations and businesses design and execute curriculum and training programs to address rapid learning needs of iterative projects, sales training, and performance improvement. Smith is an active leader in the community and in Toastmasters International. She lives in Kirkland, Washington with her husband and three children |
